Greece Recipes: Horiatiki


Ingredients:
- 4 Large very firm Tomatoes, cut into segments
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 150g/+5oz Feta Cheese, cubed
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ teasp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 teasp Dried Mint
Preparation:
1. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Arrange the tomatoes, onion slices, cucumber slices and feta cheese on a shallow serving platter then drizzle the dressing over the top. Serve chilled.
