Ferries and Highspeed catamaran services operate everyday from Piraeus and Paros. Being one of the most common destinations in Greece, regular ferries are coming and leaving from Mykonos all year long and especially in summer time, when Mykonos is packed with visitors. Ferries are arriving at the old port situated in the capital or at the new one, which is at 1 or 2 kilometres away from the old port. Boat prices to Mykonos depend on the kind of vessel (ferry boat or high speed) and the time of year you are visiting the island.

By Hovercraft
Ships and hovercrafts also leave from Rafina (Attica), twice a day to Mykonos port. The journey is around 2 to 4 hours approximately, depending on the sea line.
